  • Device Data: IP address, device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers.

  • Usage Data: Time spent on the app, characters interacted with, and feature usage patterns.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To Make the App Work: We use your data to save your chats and characters.

  • To Train the AI: We use your chats to teach our AI how to talk better. We try to remove your personal details before we do this.

  • Safety: We scan chats to stop illegal stuff and child abuse.

3.1 Service Provision

To provide, maintain, and improve the ZAPPY service; to verify your identity; and to process your transactions.

3.2 Artificial Intelligence Training

  • Machine Learning: We use User Content (chats and character descriptions) to train, validate, and fine-tune our artificial intelligence models. This helps improve the quality, accuracy, and safety of the AI's responses.

  • De-Identification: Where feasible, we aggregate or de-identify User Content before using it for model training.

3.3 Safety and Moderation

To monitor and analyze usage and trends to detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, and violations of our Terms of Service (specifically regarding child safety and illegal content).

4. Sharing of Information

  • No Selling: We don't sell your private chats to advertisers.

  • Vendors: We use companies like Google or Amazon to host our servers. They can see encrypted data but must keep it safe.

  • Police: If the police have a warrant (especially for child safety), we have to give them the data.

Numeric Machines does not sell your personal chat contents to third parties for marketing purposes.

4.2 Service Providers

5. Your Data Rights

  • The Catch: Once the AI learns something from your chat, we might not be able to "un-teach" it, even if we delete the original chat log.

5.3 AI Model Retention

Please note that while we can delete your account and source data from our databases, it may not be technically possible to delete information that has already been ingested into the weights of a trained neural network. By using the Service, you acknowledge this limitation.
